The Rev. Gary Magarrell
B.A., B.D., MBA was ordained into the United Church of Canada in 1966, and after serving churches in the Vancouver area, used his considerable organizational talents and formal business training to direct the work of various national service organizations, such as the CNIB. Before retiring to Belleville, Gary worked as the Executive Minister, Financial Stewardship Unit, at United Church headquarters in Toronto. He was appointed as a Voluntary Associate Minister in 2006. In addition to his involvement with Bridge Street Church, Gary provides occasional pulpit supply for Quinte area churches and continues contract work with the United Church headquarters. He will be St. Matthew's minister for the next few months while the Joint Search Committee searches for a permanent minister to call.

   

The Rev. Maurice Macleod
is a Minister Emeritus at St. Matthew's. He was ordained over 50 years ago and brings to our church a wealth of experience. He is well known and well loved throughout the area.  Our congregation is blessed by his presence.
   
Sherry Mayhew is our Music Co-ordinator. Sherry was educated at Queen's University with a specialization in Vocal Music Education. Her extensive experience guiding singers to their best is evident in her work with the choir. Leading St. Matt's Singers, Sherry encourages all who wish to sing to come out to choir practice, Thursdays at 7:00 pm. Sherry's winning personality combined with her high skill make her a treasure in our Ministry of Music.
   

Sandy Darlow
is our Church Office Administrator. She manages the day to day operation of the office, prepares worship material and assists Rev. Ross Lockhart and our Church Treasurer, Jeff Gardner.
Sandy and her husband Lance live in Trenton. Sandy is the friendly voice on the phone answering your questions and concerns.
   

Tom Robichaud
is our Custodian here at St. Matthew's.  He keeps our church grounds and building in tip-top shape.  Tom is a retired military member who served with the Canadian Armed Forces and has made Belleville his home with wife Debbie and son Matthew.
   

Linda Stenson
is in charge of the Belleville Presbytery Resource Centre. More than just books.
